Walk two commercial properties cut on the same day and one will look maintained while the other looks merely mown. The grass height is identical. The difference is in the parts that take the last twenty minutes: clean edges along the walks and the parking islands, hedges cut to a line instead of a shrug, and a lot blown down so the clippings are not tracked into the lobby.
The second factor is rotation, not frequency. Grass in South Florida does not grow at one rate all year — it runs in the wet season and slows in the dry one. A schedule that never changes either scalps the lawn in March or falls behind it in August. A rotation that tightens in the growing season and loosens after it keeps the property consistent without paying for visits that had nothing to cut.
The third is knowing which trees are on the property before storm season, not during it. Limbs over a parking row or a walkway are a maintenance item in June and an emergency in September. Handling them on the maintenance rotation is both cheaper and quieter than handling them after.
Green Toro Group takes scheduled lawn maintenance on COMMERCIAL properties only — offices, plazas, HOAs, industrial sites and rental portfolios across Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe. Call (786) 337-5461 to talk about a rotation.
